Allyssa Tobitt is the Assistant Vice President of Operations of Aventura Hospital and Medical Center, a 407-bed acute care facility of HCA East Florida. As Assistant Vice President of Operations, Tobitt leads process improvement and special projects in support of the Chief Operating Officer for all Ancillary, Support and Peri-Operative services.

Tobitt joined the Aventura Hospital and Medical Center team in September 2016. She began her career at the corporate campus of Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in Nashville, TN in Information Technology & Services (IT&S) managing epic implementations across the organization. Tobitt then joined the Clinical Services Group (CSG) leading service line management initiatives driving data transparency and clinical excellence for spine and orthopedics.

With a Bachelor of Science Degree, Tobitt graduated Cum Laude and later went on to receive her MBA both from Middle Tennessee State University. She has been actively involved in the community serving on the Board of Directors for VSA of Tennessee, as well as numerous committees for Ronald McDonald House. Tobitt is an active member of ACHE working toward fellow status. In 2018 she was elected to the South Florida Healthcare Executive Forum as a Member-at-Large.
